flushing tomorrow +rep for help.

I am doing an aero grow and i plan to use final phase for my flush. does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? some people say to use final phase for 6 hours and then switch to regular non phed water for the rest of the period for 7 to 10 days but i also read people saying with aero flush 3 to 5 days with and without phed water. i will be using ro water and i want to use final phase. do i use final phase the whole time? and do i need to ph the water? and is 3 to 5 days good for an aero final flush. im in no hurry and can go as long as needed i just want the best results. please help with some info if you can. thanks.

i also see people talking about turing their light cycle to like 10/14 during flush. anyone recommend anything like that also?

I know, i originally wanted to goto the hydro/aero part but i figured someone looking in the harvesting area would answer. Guess i should of went to the hydro/aero area lol.
