Flushing

hey guys, i am about to harvest my autos and had a question about flushing. I am currently growing in soil in 3gallon pots and for nutes have used bontanicare pure blend pro. I recently flushed them yesterday with 9gallons of fresh water. My question is, some of my plants look ready now and i would like to harvest them. Some people say they wait a week to 10 days after flushing then harvest and then i have seen some threads where people say they dont even flush at all. I would like to harvest ASAP anyone have any thoughts?

I would leave them for a week. Even of your girls look ready now, they can still go another week. If you harvest now you do run a chance of getting harsh, icky smoke. I tell most people anyhow that if you think you are ready to harvest wait another week. Worth the wait.

I am in a very dry climate so drying is not an issue, but really I would wait for the flushing to have taken effect, but really when people say to flush the nutes, they mean they water with large amounts of water only for a few waterings when getting closer to the harvest...But really you can harvest whenever you want, but I have heard tell that the nutes will make the weed taste funny, or that it won't burn right...I have poorly grown quite a few really nutrient plants hydroponically using very small amounts of chemical nutrients and flushed before harvest and not, and I didn't notice too much of a difference, but then again I used a very very low level of nutes...Can't ever get this plant to take above a quarter the recommended dosage.
