Ok so my ww is in its 4th week of flower and I'm getting the same rust spots like the other ladies have still hasn't went away.

I added some cal-mag didn't seem to help. its been over a week and now my white widow is doing the same thing. what I'm wanting to know is i am using 5 gallon pots how much water do i need to use.to flush them and do i need to use epson salt with the flush?

Damn 10 gallons of water. that sounds like a little overkill to me what if i just ran 5 gallon through it would that be sufficient.

yeah i wouldnt do 10 gallons maybe 3 gallons i always go twice to three times amount of the water i would normally use. but double check your ph meter and check and make sure its not root bound for some reason. but if its not you are locked out somehow so either flushing it or getting the correct ph should do the trick but i do not think the spots will go away it will just stop progressing.

oh and check your runoff ph it should be somewhere around 5.8 or so usually with soil.

^^^agreed to start deff flush her 10 gal could be a bit much but that all depends on size, how much plant drinks, ect but yea 3-5gal should do the trick considering how you only water once a week. other question why are you only watering once a week and how much are you giving during that watering? Id say without any other knowledge of what your doing, that you can start watering more throught your week, it will provide more disolved oxygen to your roots and you should overall see improvement from doing so. my girls are in 15 gal smart pots and each one gets 7gal of water/food a week. water 5 days out of the week and nutrients 2 days, and by no means am i drowning them they are dry and thirsty every time come the next day.

Giving them 1 gallon of ph'd water at 6.5 about every 6 days i been noticing they are drinking more water now that I'm 4 weeks into flower. so i will probably start them every 5 days.

i flushed her with ph'd water about 5 1/2 gallons so we will see if it helps thanks.everyone for the quick replies
