Flying west jet with mmar

My son flies Westjet all the time with mj ( no medical docs) and has never had an issue. I am flying to Ontario in Oct. and am taking my meds. I'll have my mmar pinks in my wallet and maybe a photocopy with the mmj. I will lose my shit if they question me anymore than they do the old lady in front of me with her pharma pills.

The airlines aren't the concern it is CATSA. Better known to you folks as security screening. ACMPR, no problem as they can check. MMAR they have no way to check if it is valid; they can be forged or expired and are essentially no longer valid anyhow as far as the government is concerned.

Since MMAR patients have had over a year now to transition to the replacement program you will have to explain why you haven't. Likely in front of a judge. Airport security events are taken seriously and they side on caution if there is any doubt.

Do you do anything other than troll threads and insight fear? Add something of value or piss off. In fact I'll just block you now since in the last week I've read more of your worthless ramble than I need to.

Growrock:

Acmpr or mmar injunctees should have no problem at the airport. I can't speak to how westjet will respond. Its a legal medicine and you are legally allowed to travel within Canada with the lesser of 30xdaily dose or 150g in your possession. I'd reccomend it's sealed in a scent proof container with your mmar atp or acmpr registration plainly visible.

Holy fuck, batman. There have been some pretty stupid posts on this forum, but I think our newest troll might be in the running for dumbest. For someone who preaches 'the law' and refers to everyone else as criminals, he sure knows fuck all about the legal status of mmar or the ability of any agency to question Judge Phelan's injunction. Maybe he could use that google thing he's so excited about to find out facts...

I have flown in 2014 and 2016 out of Calgary-Edmonton-Ottawa and Toronto with according to the troll expired MMAR pinks never had a problem told security I had 2 oz in my carry on and said the paper work was with it and they said not a problem sir have a nice flight they never even looked at it. on my 2016 flight out of Edmonton I did not tell them I had it they asked if I had any thing illegal in my carry on I said no then after the xray a guard carried the bin with my stuff in it up to me and asked if it was mine I said yes and he asked if there was some thing in there that should not be I said no he then opened my carry on bag moved my pot aside and took out my jacket that was rolled up unrolled it and took out three live bullets that I forgot was in the pocket he said he would have to dispose of them if I wanted to board my flight and that was that a total of maybe 5 minutes in security. so enjoy your flight legal is legal you are good to go.

I never put it in my checked baggage they recommend you put it in your carry on. I guess they know they have a bunch of crooks as baggage handlers and don't want them stoned on the job.
