Trump is actually working with ollie and the blackwater's to create a private clandestine intelligence and rendition company outside of oversight of any govt agency. He spouted off on twitter about the deep state frustrating his agenda. So, no, he will gut cia.

What could possibly go wrong?

I'll believe that when the feds take action against Deutsche bank. Trump fired the us attorney driving the investigation and nobody seems to have picked it up. Shocking.
