Foliage problem

I have germinated some guava seedlings from seeds. Using cob diy 3590 4x25w at 8 inches (4 cobs 30cm apart, 1.2m total) on plagron grow mix soil. Some foliage has problems though. Watering is like once every 3 days ~200ml in 3l air pots. Feed them weekly with 1ml plagron startup in 1 liter water. Is 1/7 of the advised dose.

Any idea what the problem is?
Too much light?
overfeeding?
too much water?
some nutrient deficiency?

Raised the light to 14 inches now to see if it makes a difference and use a fan. Its in my living room, so no tent or anything. Leds arent very hot. In the pictures i have been watering them recently. Normally i wait till the surfice is dry before watering again.

Marijuana ???? It will grow out of it no worries ! Let soil dry - consider light distance of 12 inches - your light can be placed 2-12 inches from top of plant - reduce nutrients; feed at 1/4 amounts (realy to early to feed) Consider a good root stimmulator (Great White, ect) a must for root ball development- Feed schedule (7 days) Feed- water- Feed - dry - feed - water - dry. ( feed 3x'x per week)(dry periods are for root growth and water help get rid of un-used nutrient this helps prevent "root rot")

Not marijuana. This is a tropical fruit plant (psidium guajava). It actually is already 1 month old but is a slow grower or something is wrong. I am using plagron startup, This plant food contains a carefully balanced mix of root stimulator, vitality products, natural growth hormones and growth nutrients in one product. Using it for everyhing but the growth nutrients hence only 1/7 of the advised amount for now since the medium has enough fertilizer for 3 weeks.
