Foliar spray under 24/0

Just wanted to know if doing some light foliar spaying of regular ph'ed water would cause any damage under 24/0 cfl. Currently 16v under apx 300 true watt of cfl. I've read to spray with lights off to prevent leaf burn spots. Any insight greatly appreciated!

Bump. Hoping someone could shed some light. Hoping to start foliar spray long as it won't cause damage.

I just pull them back a couple feet and spray then wait for them to dry before putting them back. Never tried spraying under my flouro I just do the safe thing. But I rarely spray my plants with anything, if I want more moisture in veg I increase humidiy.

That's my goal. RH around 30-35 in my area. You think a small humidifier would do the trick without any issues? Would I need to foliar spray for anything at that point?

Small one will work for a small area but keep in mind you'll have to refill the water maybe multiple times daily. I use a large one I ordered on Amazon a few years ago so it's out dated but you can find a new one by searching "whole house humidifier" on Amazon that has a large tank.

Ive sprayed mine under LED lights and its never done any damage. i use water & Vegamatrix "HardnQuick"
