foliar spray vs misting (seltzer water question)???????????

hello,
what is the difference between foliar spray and misting? i plan on foliar spraying my veg plants with seltzer water. my plants are under MH lights (in a cooltube). will this cause leaf burn? i hear its not good to foliar spray under MH lights because 1) causes leaf burn 2) can explode the bulbs (will this happen even if the bulb is in the cooltube?). if i am vegging 24/0, then when should i spray? there is no point in changing the cycle to 18/6 and spraying at lights out because the plants take in CO2 during lights on only right? please help me on this one!!!!

iI you gon foliar feed do it at da coolest part of da day. Yea they only can take it in when lights are on. But if you spray when dey come on den dey can use it. It wont explode da bulb u got a cooltube u should have a tepmpered glass lenses bra. I have'nt done dis for years like when i was a teen. I never saw ne difference. If you do it never in da flower phase (will contribute to bud mold bra).
