For anyone that thinks T-12 Flourescent Tubes suck

Well some of you were following my LST haze grow under 6 - 2' T-12 Flouro tubes, different spectrums for veg and flower, and 3 side CFL's right in the middle to end of flowering on one side, plants were rotated on a schedule. Both plants FIM'ed, and tied down extensive .From seed to flower, was 24/0 lighting, and 12/12 obvs for flowering. I grew in coco coir/perlite/vermiculite. It is a gravity fed auto-pot system with smart valve that controls filling of the tray, 3 bottles of Liquid earth nutes, grow, vigor, and bloom. I think they did VERY well. Wet weight for all manicured bud came to 218G's. Is this respectable??

One of the bigger colas

Both babies together

Look at those Trichomes

The one that got a little bit more Cfl lighting

Right before their Manicure!!!

Finally Done wow does it feel good

Looking tasty

Nice root Structure!

Nice man, it was only those 2 plants in the second picture, grow area 1' Wide X 2' Long X 2 - 2 1/2' Tall. Very small area, hidden room of the cribby

if its wet weight you will lose 75% of 218g
Well i would be satisfied with a Oz. and 26.5 gs, i was hoping for an oz all together at the beginning. This bud is just free bud in my pocket, so i wasn't really concerned. I got the seeds from some amazing hermied haze i was picking up, so i made out pretty good. Free seeds, i just had to buy the autopot system with nutes, everything together for 79.99

yea, victor is right, for my indoor grow, next season, after my summer harvest, i will be using a 12-18 4' T-5 Tubes, and about 25-30 - 150W CFL's, all wired by me. Im expecting 1250W from the Cfl's alone, so i know i will have a VERY BIG YIELD.

I'm probably not going to spend anymore on the t-5's. I'm going to get some led's. The best ones I have seen are from LED Grow Lights - HomeGrownLights.com. We are still deciding how we want ot make the switches. Nice harvest from t-12's by the way. I look forward to seeing what you do with more lights. VV

nice cfl harvest, but if your going to invest in 1250w of cfl i would just buy a 250w-400w hps for less money and get a way better yeild, and better bud.

im going to disagree, while cfl's can be decent for veg, in no way possible could a cfl compete with a hps while flowering.

no if's and's or but's

HID > cfl

its been proven over and over.

i totally agree, and to the guy who claimed the impossible - lets not ruin a perfectly good thread, you'll lose. HID > CFL

to the original poster, those buds look good for fluoros bro - i use a T12 with daylight bulbs for veg - glad to see 6 of them resulted in something good for flower. ::fondles his t12::

Haha, believe me no argue here. I actually got a 1000 watter (HPS) from a friend, with everything, bulb, hood, ballast, for 100$, and had it before this grow, but just didnt have the appropriate space. And i have plugged that baby in so i know its blinding capabilities!!! And i agree, if you have a hps, theres no need to waste the power for veg. These 2 did amazing in veg with no cfls, just the T-12s. When i start growing some mothers, im just gunna keep them under some 4' T-12s. Im pissed i didnt add more cfls tho
