Okay so I just got out of a 8 year fucking relationship. Don't really want to get into the specifics, but the cunt was sleeping around on me. Anyways, its been about 2 1/2 months since the break up and I feel like I have moved on in a positive way. I have met a few new beautiful girls, but there's just one fucking problem. I cant fucking get the man downstairs to stand up. I can foreplay for hours, but nothing happens. I'm young too, in my 20's. I dont think I fucked anything up, but could this be a psychological issue that I am missing here? I just don't know what the fuck I would say to a shrink regarding this issue. Any advice or information is warmly welcomed.:wall::wall:

I would talk to a medical professional - I would not trust the advice of the internet "sea doctors" on this one.

For what it's worth, this is pretty common after a long term relationship ends. Definitely get it checked out just in case, but don't be surprised if he said it's just stress/some mental thing. A lot of times it can just be your brain subconsciously reacting a bit emotionally. Go to a doctor for sure, but I wouldn't stress it. Just keep rubbing your face in the tatas in the mean time.

thanks for the replies so far, I will most definitely be scheduling a appt with my physician this week. Its definitely a weird deal. I still wake up with a boner like the norm, but things have definitely slowed down a bit.

Yeah I dealt with the same thing after I got out of a several year relationship (she called it right before i propose actually). Went to the doc and he said he gets quite a few guys with the same thing. I did a bit of googling and it is in fact mega common. Still better to get it checked out just to be safe. Took me ~ 2 months after I started meeting chicks again to get back to normal. Just try not to let it fuck with your head, that totally makes it worse haha.

contact a doctor any number of things could lead to this most likely stress. you say you moved on but your dick is obviously disagreeing with you on that one

I would think that in a way you have lost the faith in women.

It is a common fallacy to consider every woman/man to be every woman/man.
While this is true on a fundamental level and philosophical level, we are all still different in where we are at in life´s lessons.

Personally i would not take pills.

I would just relax about it and just put sex aside for awhile, just tell your partners your story and how it affected you and that you need some time. If they are good people they will understand and even think you are more attractive for being so sensitive and open.

If you did that, i would not be surprised that at a nice moment of cuddle or something, your guy would surprise you by suddenly standing up.

I think you are mostly affected by stress over the situation, though you have handled this admirably.

Need to unwind and just enjoy life in other ways for awhile.

As others say, you might want to talk to a doctor about this, it might help you understand your situation better and help you.
Not all doctors are equal though, you might want to ask around about a good doctor.

I had the same issue for a while after my 4 year relationship ended. It's just psychological, you have to wait it out.

It's stress bro. If you can't keep the mind blank while doing your thing it isn't gonna happen. Gotta get it flowing down there.

I find the best aphrodisiac to be love.

But any cure will do, sex is important in mental health and happiness.

Yeh my dumb ass went out and bought a fucking huge rock and week later I find out the bs. Once again thanks EVERYONE for the advice/info, its assuring to hear that I may just need a bit more time to even out psychologically. I will be seeing a doc though just to make sure nothing serious is going on. :bigjoint:

2 months.. You're joking right? Prepare yourself for a 3-4 year ride..

In 5 years, you will be able to fuck again normally

Doesn't matter if you're in your 20's. You're out of shape both mentally and physically.

Start hitting the gym hard. Two hours a day. 15 minute cardio warm up, followed by an hour and a half of weight training. Finish by doing another 30 minutes of cardio. Do this 4 times a week and on the off days keep doing cardio. In no time you'll be wanting to fuck anything that moves. You'll get that drive back. You'll get that blood flowing again, which is the key to good erections. Viagra works but that's the easy way out. Get in the best shape of your life, both mentally and physically and good erections are to follow. Act like a college football player. They work out all day and fuck all night.

Start going to strip clubs once a month too. A little strip club therapy isn't a bad idea for a person in your shoes.
