force flowering?

hey, i usually buy off a few different dealers, depending what they have.
anyway, so one of them gave me some spare seeds he had, and just told me to throw em down somewhere.
so i put them in a potplant outside (that was a few months ago).
and completely forgot about it.

now its gotten pretty big, it might attract some attention, so i was wondering if there was a way i could force it to flower now?

a plant will flower, if you give it bang on 12 hours lite and 12 hours compleat darkness,"no lite leaks"
how big is the plant?
what part of the world, are you from is it fall where your from?.
also any pics. they help.
would like to see.
and they already must be flowering, cos how do you know there female then???.
