Foreigners growing legally in Colorado?

I was wondering if it is possible for foreigners to grow commercially in Colorado by law? In my country Holland (of all places) we get criminalized when growing marijuana, whilst they connive allow shops where you can buy it for recreational use.

Can anybody tell me what the possibilities are in the land of opportunities?

I believe you have to be a resident of Colorado for 90 days until you can receive your "green card" which allows you to enter the industry. Someone needs to verify my info however.

It sounds like a dream come true: staying for 90 days with Mary-Jane and than get a green card to grow the green gold. Can it really be that simple?

I moved here in colorado about three years ago, I waited my 90 days then got my med card. From what I know from friends that work in the industry it's just 300 bucks for a key badge and 150 to get a support badge or the same to work in rec. That being said only master growers make any real money and trimmers and bud tenders make anywhere from ten to fifteen bucks an hour. So unless your lucky enough to get a master grower job don't expect to get paid much.

I would like to start my own business and i do not have to make serious cash. I am happy if i can grow and sell my cannabis and get by.

Does this 90 days wait apply to all foreigners? Am i a Colorado resident after being there for 90 days?
