Forum link to Post Pics not working?

I try to go into post your pics from the forum list and it brings me to a sign in screen. I'm already signed in but I try to sign in anyway. It won't allow it.
How do I get to the pics in Post Your Pics?

It's working now. I didn't do anything to fix it. I guess it was just taking a break.
