Found solid, safe to smoke?

Hey guys, found about a quarter of solid in the middle of the street a couple nights back, feel sorry for the guy that lost it but i was just wondering if its safe to smoke, as im not sure if there are other substances that look like solid or if solid can be mixed with other drugs or what (remember i found it in the middle of the street so i dont know if its definitly pure solid) it smells and looks like solid, is this enough evidence to confirm my belief that it is solid?

try little bits at first to see if it is okay at worst it could be that cheap shit lighter fulid hemp oil formed in to a soild

but at first what colour is it your what it to be dark in colour black is the best to smoke it is almost pure

Sorry i didnt take a pic guys i havent looked at this thread for like 2 weeks, yeah it was some nice hash, a dark chocolate brown with a spicey aroma, you could tell it was part of a brick and someone had been working away at it, like i said in first post there was a maybe a bit over a quarter left. Found it near the curb of the pavement in a classic sandwich baggie, dont know how no one spotted it as it stuck out like a sore thumb, maybe it was dropped not long before i crossed its path, i dunno but it was some good shit!
