That is a good set of fertilizers -- I use them myself on some of my outdoor grows.
Tiger Bloom and Big Bloom, also made by Fox Farms, are the organic alternative to "Open Sesame," "Beastie Bloomz," and "Cha-Ching." You use one or the other. They are different versions of the same thing. So no, you don't use both because then you would be double fertilizing.
Molasses, or similar products like Advanced Nutrients' Liquid Carbo Load, are primarily to benefit the microbial growth in your soil. But if you're using tap, disinfectants maybe killing the bacteria and fungi that could benefit from it. But if used in moderation, it doesn't really interfere with nutrient uptake. It's much too large a polysaccharide.

Keep in mind, the FF soil schedule assumes you are using their soil and perlite mixture. They recommend FF Ocean Forest at a 4 to 1 ratio with perlite.
I'm currently using their grow schedule and products and have been following everything to the exact detail. It really bums me out when I read about people going to Home Depot to buy their soil along with a bag of miracle grow only to see them posting two weeks later asking people "why are my plants all f'd up?"FF soil at my local store is less than any soil at Home Depot and it's PH balanced for the ganja.
Also keep in mind that there is a slight discrepancy between the feeding schedule that is listed above and what is printed on the back of the bottles. Go with the feeding schedule that is listed above.
