Fox Farm Ocean Forest Ect

I germinate in rapid rooters, and transplant to FFOF when the first little nub-leaves turn green and open up. Every seedling I've ever popped straight in to FFOF has thrived. I think this "nute burn" people get might be associated with other conditions being less than optimal.
I started 2 seeds one week ago in FFOF and they are burning. I will NOT use it again for seeds. What 'conditions being less than optimal' would otherwise cause this so early? Temps are between 69-75 with RH being 50-60 percent. 27w CFL bulb 2-3 inches away.

I'd never use FFOF for seedlings, that's why they make Light Warrior :P
