Hello all! Im preparing for another grow and I have one problem that presents itself. I always have and want to use ffoc, but cant get it locally anymore and the shipping costs are outragous if you want to order online. Sooo I was wondering if you guys could give me some ideas on where I can get soil locally and its winter for me so pickings may be slim. Some insight from other fellow growers would be very helpful!

...you can always go with 1/3 vermurclite, 1/3 petemoss, 1/3 perlite....you can find them at any garden center....walmart, lowes, exc.....
...you'll need to fertilize this mix yourself, so....you could go with Fox Farm's Trio for fertilizers ( Big Bloom, Grow Big, Tiger Bloom)...cheaper than ordering soil through the mail, good luck.

If local variety and availability is an issue for soil I would recommend considering coco fiber. Its much cheaper to ship than soil due to its compressed nature, and its results are very well documented.
