Yes the foxfarm trio works great from what I have heard. I personally use the flora grow trio but I know people who only use foxfarm. Some other nutrients would be helpful, but the only other 100% necessary one is Cal-Mag/CaliMagic(calcium supplement). Good luck man!

i tried it for half a grow. plants did well but i don't like that big bloom stuff and that is what you use the most of. turns everything fucking brown (roots, your equipment, etc) and it doesnt clean up out of those things worth a shit. it also left particulates that were or were very similar to sand in my rez. would never fully dissolve. then when you use like a submersible pump in the rez it gets all grindy and will eventually lock up because all those particulates clog the impeller. my experience for what its worth. went back to the most basic general hydroponics micro flora bloom sythentic. works better in dwc in my experience.

Deep water culture is very easy unless you over think. NPK, nitrogen, h2o2, oxygen ( with stones) rinse once a week. change res. once a week. make sure your PH is in tact. keep your room cool, clean, and if you want to have a better taste, consider Molasses, make sure you dilute it though.
