Foxtailing

I have a couple of plants that are foxtailing. I have looked at the tricks and they are mostly cloudy and lot of amber. Will the foxtailing eventually stop and the white hairs go away dry up? Or should I chop them now or should I wait? Will reducing the light cause them to stop with the foxtailing?

Are you checking the bud trichs or the leaves? What is the strain? How many weeks of 12/12 are they?
