Foxtails outdoors?

Wondering why all my buds on the plants are growing foxtails, these are the same strains ive grown for years and they have never done this. We do have really high temps for this time of year though, could it be the heat??

could be but I'd have to say weeks of 100 + . Over doing it on flowering nutes can do it too.

Ive seen heat cause that, especially on sour d's.
