Green Aid Activist: Marc Emery is Still in Solitary Confinement and Could Be There Even Longer...





After Marc Emery's wife, Jodie Emery, recorded a prison call with Marc to upload as a podcast (not against prison rules), Marc has been in solitary confinement (aka "the hole") for over a week with potentially another two months to go. He now spends 24 hours a day with no stimulation: newspapers, books, magazines, human interaction. </U>This is cruel and unusual punishment</U>

Marc Emery is a political prisoner: the Disciplinary Hearing Officer interrogated Marc about his article supporting the California initiative, Tax & Regulate, that he wrote and sent while in SeaTac Federal Prison, and asked what the BC Marijuana Party does and is about.

Supporters should contact United States Attorney General Eric Holder to protest the "cruel and unusual" punishment of a non-violent offender. This type of punishment violates the 8th amendment of the United States Bill of Rights.


First and foremost, repost this information on your blog, facebook, myspace or twitter. Information is the most powerful weapon we have.

Next: Call the Office of the Attorney General, (202) 514-2001 (202) 514-2001

Tell them this: "Canadian political party leader and activist Marc Emery has been unjustly held in solitary confinement for over two weeks in SeaTac Federal Detention Center in Washington state. Marc Emery faces many more months in solitary, even though he is a non-violent offender whose crime was legal in his country.

We as Americans are furious about the cruel and unusual punishment Canadian activist Marc Emery is suffering. I ask that you intervene in this case, it is a waste of state, federal and local resources and in direct opposition to your statements about medical marijuana and individual state rights.

big bump on this shit!! Marc helped me and alot of other growers, and now its time to give back! You can even write to him for support..on the cann cult web site. The Prince of Pot is being treated like a terrorist because of his celebrity. This shit is a waste of tax dollars to hunt down a man for a plant and seeds, when Bin Ladens ass is on a nature hike...just aint right...FREE MARC

Possibly if Marc Emery had not ripped off so many people when he was selling seeds he would now have more people supporting him and fighting for him.

Amen. I never really liked the guy much either nothing but a trust fund kid hes been starting shit for over 20 years. I dont think he actually EVER had a real job either.....
The only way they got poeple to protest at a new west law courts was the vancouver medical dispensary PAYED the protesters and gave them moldy shitty old weed to smoke. The protesters didnt even get minimum wage.....
When you make it your goal is life to start shit and be a activist you will get shit and shit he has gotten. At least its not MY canadian tax dollars paying for him to be in jail.
I give the man props for actually doing the time and turing himself over to the americans. Most trust fund kids would run off to saltspring island.
I went to him for advice with my MMAR and he told me not to waste my time with it. That he is working to legalize cannabis

So you dont want pot legal is what im hearing. I dont care if he was a trust. He started something no one would. I dont see you operating any seed banks. Without him California wouldnt be where its at now

going to call and will probably have to leave a message..I had no idea he even turned himself in...I am american and our govt. seems to like being a cunt.

Stop and think about it a moment and maybe you will see how ludicrous it is to come here looking for a vast outpouring of support for Marc Emery. One would think that those of us 'in the life' would naturally support Marc Emery and that he could count on all of us for that support. The thing is we are the very ones he ripped off and coming to us saying how about backing me up here, how about a little support is somewhat absurd and not likely going to cause all that many people to jump on the Marc Emery bandwagon and support him. Other than kids that are new to growing people know about Marc Emery and how he ripped people off so how many people's support can someone logically expect to find?

Marc Emery proved he did not give a damn about the everyday Joe and Jane when he ripped them off so why would he now expect the everyday Joe and Jane to give all that much of a damn about him?

Marc has ripped a few people off, this is true. However no one deserves the shit he's being thrown, especially not for advocating the use of a beneficial herb, pricktop just seems to have a breeder complex, in that he hates them, were all basement pollen slingers, for the sake of this thread I'd recommend u just put him on ur ignore list or hell sit here all day spewing arrogance, as ccording to him its his "best feature. I have no doubts.
I called, not in support of him, simply cause no-one deserves that treatment for something that shouldn't be a crime in the first place

I dont know, you guys but Marc is a cool down to earth guy, i met him at his shop about 5 years ago. we toked and talked all day long, hell he even bought me some munchies and hooked me up with a few seeds. i cant see how people can hold a grudge against him for ripping you off. when i used to order from him i never got ripped off once i maybe got more then i ordered.

He is one man, doing all he can to legalize the crop. What have you done with your life? I never got burnt by Marc as most people who dealt with Marc know the interent was VERY different 8 years back...remember dial up? Interent security wasnt shit, and if the feds watched what you did...you got fucked.Not a hard thing to wrap your lil mind around. He put his own neck out to help others who medically needed it...obtain strain. How have you helped the movement?

Why would a CANADIAN politician care about california. In most countrys that is considered illegal to have foreign intentions and influence. He was in it to make money and stir shit up.
He was a business man nothing else he realized how lucrative the cannabis market was in canada. Since his court case weed in BC has actually dropped about 30% in value. When he had his whole overgrow thing going %2800 a p for b cut was normal.

Other than kids and or newbies everyone else would be familiar with Marc Emery's shady antics. He used to be a seed vendor, a seedbank and he sold garbage or did not bother to ship at all. His old site is still able to be found online. http://billstclair.com/emeryseeds.html

Years have passed since he was taken down and I guess those who like him now have hopes that enough time has passed so people will not remember that Marc Emery was a crook, he ripped off people like us every chance he got.
