What u mean about the sensi not being what u hoped? Taste? Smell? High?
Sometimes huge yielding phenos simply arnt as good as the lower yielding pheno for some odd reason lol
Ohhh I should have been more clear, i was referring to the yield as the sensi had the biggest colas in the room and they were rock hard but I guess the size may have been deceiving since it was all colas vs the other plants having main colas and nice under growth as well. As for the smoke its great, it has a cherry/ caramel exhale and packs a punch ! My wife got blasted off a single bong rip bongsmilie

Thanks for anyone who helped with the mite/aphid thread situation...back to the flower journey we gooooo
Day 1 of flower for my ss/coco and soil/ss mystery strain clones. To get adjusted to the intensity of the og hood cmh combo I put in my 315 watt agro elite 3100k spectrum. When you look at my veg again below you can see a decent difference in color. Def believe the two will serve a better purpose for veg vs flower : 4200k vs 3100k

Up potted the veg to the big boy smart pots again aka phatsacks lol. And I added xtreme gardening mykos and azos to the medium before transplanting and wow i have to say there was absolutely noo shock other than booming new growth

Whats up everyone.. in the wait for the final haul numbers from my recent flower run, as I just cut down the last plant the strawberry cough in super soil mix...I figured i give you guys a sneak peek of the next veg run journey. I took clones from 3 out of the four beautiful ladies below > critical sensi star, thunderbud, and s cough (wifes favorite) but decided i didn't like the strawberry diesel structure so its gonnne. These ladies will be put in flower asap once my restructured flower room is in order hint hint 8-)

In other news i decided to pop a bunch of new seeds . In the pic below you will see my seedlings finally above ground after a very successful germination of about 98% one soldier didn't make it lol. I finally popped my reg seeds of bcbud depot "The Big" 6 in total, oddly enough hoping for a male to do some breeding in the future. Also have 1 Cali connection sour diesel fem in the 1 gal fabric pot which is my trade for drum roll.....a hso blue dream cut :hump: I know you cali heads are rolling eyes like woo hoo hahaha but ive been waiting a lonnnnng time to run that shit! In addition I have 2 Eva seeds jamaican dream and 2 cbd crew critical mass (act ll as I've attempted this in a past thread but it got seeded by a culprit). They are under the cree globe project until they are out of the seedling stage then under the cmh elite they go.
IMAG0130.jpg
Last but not least, as the hint of above was mentioned, Happy bday to me  I finally took the plunge and got the big boy hoods! The luxor beauties! I thought long and hard about getting the apache at 600 after GG's beautiful run but even as he mentioned changing my hoods to these babies is a cheaper investment. But its still a very possible future for a different flower area lol. So with that said, I will now be putting my two og hoods in the middle area of my room between the luxors/860 cmh with 315 elite agros/og hoods for an all out cmh light/par blast all over my next flower run. I'll be using less wattage than the 1000 watt hps that was previously in the middle with much better spread/spectrum. Can't wait!! :bigjoint:

Let that ogsd from cali connection to get taller than the others. At least the phenos I found in my pack none of them stretched much at all in flower. Stayed short and squat. That is If you keep a cut for yourself and are concerned about even canopy. Short finisher too some are ready by day 50 or a little before. 8 weeks is money though. 9 weeks was too long. At least that is my experience with their gear. If you even cared to know any of that. LOL

hahahaha, i don't mind, you never know what your going to get but that strain once its past the seedling stage is going to a friend in exchange for blue dream. So I will be sure to pass that knowledge along provided its the same kind of pheno.

Hey riu the final dry weight tally from my last run is in, nothing to write home about but here are the #'s
Thunderbud tall pheno : 222.5g Black russian : 204.5g
Thunderbud short pheno : 160.3g (2) Strawberry diesel : 438.5g
Critical sensi star : 167.2g Strawberry cough (ss) : 151g
Critical kush : 241.3g
Total = 1585.3 grams

Provided I used supplemental led and dimmed my hps on certain hotter days to 75% I think a fair 2850 watts average of lighting was used. So a very basic gpw calculation is a mere > .55 Not one of my best but without too many excuses I'll say canopy management was mediocre, they did dry out pretty good during my honeymoon which could have def caused some root damage.....but all in all still happy with it.
8) On to the next one! 8)

Killer man.
Big ass plants every time with you. Great yields per plant. A couple lower yielders...but still about a 200g average.
The spread is awesome. I don't think it's a bad thing having both spectrum 315's in the middle. You have brought the sun indoors.
Thanks GG, appreciate that. I def always tend to go for the big plants and yields but I think next round ill be doing more smaller plants to ensure filling up the lights footprint with main colas. Between the beans I started and clones i should have a solid 12-15 going for veg/flower.
As for this new lighting set up I honestly don't see how I could do better in terms of still using hid, with cmh as a light source that is. It does look like the sun in there in person lol. The heat management should be a lot easier to maintain this summer as well

Veg update, 2 weeks from popping out of the soil and they are now all in one gal fabric pots. Along with some rooted clones in the mix as well that I put directly into 1 gal to see how that works out. the two left in party cups are going to a buddy.

Your exactly right lol, they are a waste in my eyes vs real co2.... i almost cropped them out bc i knew theyd get spotted hahaha. Those are sooo old they arent putting off co2 anymore (not that they produce alot in an open environment) thats why they are just on the ground, havent thrown them out yet...i had them zip tied to the roof of the tent when they were new and got my ppms up to 600 when i checked a lonnnng time ago lol

Veg tent pumping new growth at a nice pace, I haven't seen any sex on my reg seeds yet nor have i seen any signs of sex on my fem seeds either. It hasn't been a full month since germ yet but there are 6 nodes now. My assumption is once I transplant to 5 gal (or 7 gal haven't decided) in the next few days, I'm assuming a total of close to 18 plants total so 7 gal might be a handful lol, they should show sex very soon.

Looks like 1 female out of 5 reg "The Big" seeds thats a bad ratio, I started with 6 and one grew mutated so i cut that down and after inspection these are the pics. Macro shots, if anyone has good experience with growing reg seeds (been a while for me) please chime in but looks like alot of male balls rolling in. First pic shows the female pistil, followed by what i assume are males.
