Once the seed has been germinated and you put it in the soil not that deeply and you put it outside how long should it be outside in the beginning

put it 1/2 cm deep once you see a sprout coming through the soil then put it out in dappeled shade not direct sun for aweek or so O.K

after i germinated I put straight into the soil and out in the sun, they turned out fine.

What happens here is the plant needs light for photosenthises. Putting the plant in soil and in "dark" will make the plant look for light thus sprouting.. Once it sprouts (any at all I usualyl wait till I see the seed part out of the soil. You show it light and it can produce sugars to form the leaves..
