Fruit flys???

hey for some reason there must be something that went bad in my room i did not know about because i have a ridiculous case of fruit flys... i see them all the time landing on the plants and was wondering is this a big issue and how is the best way to take care of it. pestisides or wat? any info helps.

I would use a Pyrethians fogger. And if you are vegging and on a budget I would even use a fly fogger, and then after words (lights out, when fogging too) I would put a drop of soap in a sprayer full of water and spray them down to get the crap off the leaves, both sides.

u deff prob have gnats just put fine sand around ur plant n it willl kill the larva, n just water through does no damage to your plant.
