fucking rabbits

:finger: so ive got 5 sproutlings outdoors, theyre in a very isolated part of the woods and ive notices that something comes by and chomps off the very tips of my leaves, also another sproutling I had was dug up by an armadillo, i was just wondering if theres any ways that I can deter critters from my plants

ive heard that a trash bag full of hair clippings spread around the crops works but im not quite sure how thats gonna look asking a barber for a trashbag of hair

i also had this crazy idea while i was stoned awhile ago that i could order grizzly bear piss ( since we dont have bears in florida) and put that all around the area but i think that would wash away after awhile

ANY SUGGESTION? :wall:

i almost smoked a rabbit in my truck today! haha get some chicken wire and put it around you plants. you can do it individually or the whole group(depending on how close together they are), make sure its staked into the ground well. i had a few plants dug up last summer but put chicken wire around the rest and didnt have any problems. i'll never grow outside without it again.

yo stickyikkigreen...fuckin love that avatar hahaha makes me laugh everytime i look at it.

Had problems with rabbits last year.
Must have lost 5 lbs to them.
I'll fix the fuckers and set rabbit snares this year.
They followed my paths last year and thats why they were around my plants.

Lure the rabbits away from your plants with food.
Then when they get comfortable cap in the head with a pellet gun.
then hang the carcusses in the trees around your plants for the future rabbits to see.

there are products that are designed to keep animals you dont want away from your garden.
http://www.critter-repellent.com/p/1SA011SC.html

this is the first hit i got on google but there are a TON of similar products.
If your worried about the stuff washing away you can use an old grower trick and make "stocking balls" with the stuff...take and old (or new) Ladys stocking, pour the stuff into the stocking and tie it off, make several of these and put em around your spot to keep pests away.
Just look around and see whats a good fit for you and I hope this helps ya.

I hate fuckn rabbits whe got huge Jacks an Cotton tails, I use a cage about 3 ft tall or its just a waist of time! Never see deer here but they are every where! I colapse there holes i shoot em but they are an endless horde.

I use hair, soap an coffee in baggies with a bit of water an a bunch of holes poked in em scattered all around, an this year im going to try moth balls.

Never lost any to em , but that may just be luck.
If they kill just one of my plants i will spend the rest of my days killing as many as i can for revenge!

wow okay so i havent been on to check this in awhile and DAMN....
ill take all of the above, cept the hanging the rabbits thing dead critters make good fertalizer :D

You can use very powerful odors like bars of soap. Irish Spring is the best choice.

Animals just man made odors (or just anti-bo >_>)

I had the same experience with birds they just loved my seedlings.

go to the pet store and get some keep away or bitter apple spray works on my bunny at home but they liked the tabasco so trail and error i hear moth balls work too and any predatore piss.

Try the big Rat traps also lol. Could work.

But you can also get critters like snakes or lizards to ward them off without eating your crop (if weather year round allows)

But trust me through a couple bars of Irish spring around and those bastards will be gone.

I can see it now Lizard vs Bunny in an end all brawl to see who really has a shot at the Garden... Lizard Comes in a heavy underdog I would say but I wouldnt be surprised by an upset.

You dont need a trash bag full of hair just pull the old wadded up hair out of your ole lady's hair brush. save some piss up and use it TOO so you have enough to go around. you can use moth balls, coffee or a little soap. if you want an actual berrier tho use olive green fishing line. its a lot less visible than the chicken wire. ive been dooing the OD thing for a while and i use a combonation of all these. no need to spend a bunch of cash on chemicals thats why its a Gurrila Grow. this video is just for you dude.
