A little off topic, but great music 333maxwell.
And great tip i hope, will try it next watering. H2o2 is hydrogen-peroxide? (i forget all questions are obsolete, as we have the googleoracle, yes h2o2 is hydrogenperoxide).

A 1 inch layer of common sand fixes all Fungus Gnat woes.

It prevents the adults from entering the dirt completely disrupting their life cycle and they are forced to move on or be buried.
 
I tried h202. Mixed half and half with water. It didn't seem like it instantly killed anything. If I scratch down into the soil they are everywhere .
