Fusion Tents Decent?

Been a longtime since I posted here and things sure have changed a lot!

I have a garage I am looking to setup a grow tent in, space isn't an issue and since I am in Canada I want to maximize what i can get out of the 4 plant scenario. I was looking at this:

http://www.growlights.ca/growtent-systems/ultra-premium-grow-tents-1680d/10-x-5-fusion-hut-1680d-1-inch-pole-mylar-grow-tent.html

I don't know anything about these tents, anybody here know about them? That size might be a bit overkill but I like to have some additional space for working around in. Maybe split it up so one section could have a mother or 2, who knows. I will be growing with organic soil.

I would go LED and would think a couple 400W would be ok? I have been out of the game for quite awhile and forgot quite a bit!

That is a huge tent for 4 plants. You would need a lot of lights to cover that much square footage. If you have a 4 plant limit I would personally go with the 5x5 tent. Or only use 5x5 of the space in that big tent.

And since you have a 4 plant limit, I wouldn't worry about a mother, that would take up one of your plant quota and then you could only have 3 flowering. Plus to keep a mother you would need to get another tent to make sure the light cycles are completely separate.

As for led, what were you looking at? Cheaper lights like mars hydro, etc you would need multiple of what they call 600W lights, they are actually only around 250W. Or were you planning on build it yourself cobs?

Personally I would go for 2 of these in a 5x5 https://growerslights.com/collections/horticulture-lighting-group-quantum-board-led-kits/products/horticulture-lighting-group-320-watt-xl-quantum-board-led-kit

or possibly even 2 of these: https://growerslights.com/collections/horticulture-lighting-group-quantum-board-led-kits/products/horticulture-lighting-group-260-watt-xl-quantum-board-led-kit

5 x 5 looks like a smarter choice. Thanks for the links on the LEDs the first one looks like a winner. I prefer to go with quality rather than cheap. I am liking what I see with the Gorilla tents, look really well built.

So that is the LEDs I guess what's left is light timer and possibly a fan, not really concerned with smell. With the LED being a fair bit cooler I probably would not need much in regard to fan? 4 inch Vortex would be plenty I think.

I may get more into it with C02 etc a little later down the road, for now I just want to get a couple good grows under my belt.

Thanks for the help much appreciated.

A 4 inch fan would probably be fine, but you might want to consider a 6" or at least a better 4 inch. I use a 4" sunleaves 200cfm fan in my 4x4 tent, with 500W of led's it's putting my temps at about 81° f lights on, about 10° above room temperature. That is about the same as my 400W hps. Led's put out quite a bit of heat also, don't be fooled. Watts are watts, and that is heat. I have an old tent with a very flimsy frame, I beefed it up myself. Wish I had a better tent, but I made it work. I put 2x4 uprights in the 4 corners and then used 2x2's on the 4 sides top and bottom and then 4 2x2's across the top to hang everything from. All the lumber is wrapped in mylar. Buying the best quality tent you can to start with is always wiser choice imo.

You will also want to consider a couple of small 6" clip on fans that you can clip onto the poles inside to just circulate the air and stimulate the plants like a breeze blowing.
