Hey everybody, it's been a long time and I am still on hiatus but am doing some probing around for future endeavors; in case the laws change here any time soon and also because I like to stay current on what's worth while. Anyways, I'm gonna post this same question for two different breeders because they are the only two whose newer strains don't seem to have any sort of descriptions any where online. With Garden Ablaze, formerly Epik I assume, I was wanting to know more about Nana Pie and Raspberry Sour.

There is nothing like nanas pie, when I go to her house it is always warm, moist, and delicious. You can't go wrong.

Thanks, seems to be easy to find breeders pics of their creations on instagram and social media but to get any description other than the name, lineage, and "it's fire" is proving to be pretty difficult.

Well if anyone finds a way to network and route info on these two strains I'd greatly appreciate it...Thanks in advance.

I think what he means is that usually breeders give SOME sort of description of the strains, and G.A.S does nothing of the sort. To me it is a bit of a warning sign, hard to tell if it's a stabilized strain (Probably proof that it's not, in fact) if they don't even tell you what to expect from it.

Yup, screams out "Come test my beans, and while you test my beans give me money!" :eyesmoke:

When new strains come out it generally takes time for people to pop them and grow em out. The only info you will find is on instagram and social media. You have to scout it out sonny.
Seems like breeders used to have what they called "testers" who ran their seeds and then gave a run down on what they got, then the breeders would use those reports coupled with their own experiences working that cross. .there was a time when you were actually able to get a good idea of what you might be getting into. Maybe I'm a bit behind the times and if anyone with "dank" genetics can just start chucking untested f1 polyhybfids at 10 a bean then things are more more of a gamble now than ever. I've seen all the pics on instagram but that doesn't tell me what the smell, taste, yield, effect, etc is.

I never said they were dank, I said nanas pie is the best because its nice warm and squishy. You seemed to miss the joke.

Haha I noticed but I was looking for some dead serious answers and didn't want to encourage the shenanigans lol..this sure as hell has surprisingly gained more response than the Cannaventure inquiry.

I think you may be right. I bought my pack around Christmas and their entire lineup is completely new since then. Still, they were cheap and it sounded like an interesting cross, so I really have nothing to complain about.

I'm putting my feelers out there, trying to get any info I can. I just messaged a couple people on IG who have hashtags with Nana Pie grows, and asked for grow/smoke reports. I dont know about them, but I promise to be honest
if the ones I grow turn out bad. Hopefully we can find some good info.

Forgot that i snapped this pic of my blueberry smash when I was in Colorado for the cup, chucked some GGG Rhapsody in Blue pollen over an GGG All Blues female...this lady is all Blue Dream on her growth and smells, not a blue dream fan myself at all, so we'll see what the effect is in a month when I get to visit again. I just bred this as an experiment and the experiment worked, can't wait to see my purple rain, can't wait to see what kind of results I'll get when I can start working with the genetics I desire. Those two blue strains were free testers so I wasn't about to turn them down. Not GAS info but it's my thread and I'm showing this to prove that anyone can make a dank looking pic n then tell others they can buy that in seed form when in reality I have no idea what someone else's extended run might look like.

I wonder why most breeder aren't taking the five minutes it takes to fill people in, answering one thread or person will circulate pretty quickly...I'm sure they've got some better shit to do but I guess if a breeder cares that little about what happens with their beans then they must be okay with people breeding or selfing prize phenos for seed projects...which is cool with me, I tried to reach out and got no answers so I take that as the green light to go ahead and do as I wish. Just hope the two beans that look like dried white pebbles are actually viable, makes you appreciate those who hand select and do quality control for sure.
