Garden Cleaning techniques?

I am wondering about various effective sanitation techniques for rooms with plants in them. What would one use for a heavy job that needs to kill bugs, eggs, and sterilize? I have a problem and am addressing it as if I know what exactly it is.

bleach solution if you're talking about removing plants / in between grows; dr.bronner's if you have to clean around plants; however, if you think you have pest issues with a current grow, assuming you're in soil, the pests may be in the soil / on the plants which would require something like a neem treatment...got any more info on your situation? that may help direct further advice...
be easy,

I am looking for something different for each stage. I need something like a fogger or a sulfur burner a way to kick some ass without a lot of wiggle room. I use bronners......I just have cross contamination and quarantine issues making me the problem.

My biggest problem is that I have one table ready to cut in the same proximity to another that is only in week 3....I took care of the younger ones but the ones that are ready cant do azamax. They are the oldest and most likely to track with them contaminants.
