Oh, and I've had 2 great transactions with Attitude for seeds.

I'd suggest dyna-gro nutrients, *pro-tek, grow, bloom and mag-pro....attitude will get your seeds here, but cloning is the best option by far......

I use Dutch Master A, B, and the Add 27. I grow in promix and perlite using smart pots. I water once a week and feed once a week. Attitude Seeds is great. I hate using clones and mothers. After I've grown the same strain/pheno a couple times I'm done with it and I want to continue to explore. That being said, having a reliable pheno that delivers what you, or your patients need, every time is handy. Having a house indica and a house sativa mother plant on hand is smart and will serve you well. I add one plant to my flower room every week allowing me to harvest once a week. I try to run an indica one week and then a sativa the next, and then maybe a nice cross, but alot of times I just take the biggest bitch in the veg room.

I thought this was as good of a place as any to post a little gem that have been blessed with.. I hope she is a girl... this seed sprouted on Christmas day . so today it is 19 days old. I pulled it out of a collection of seeds that I had saved from past grows.So give me your opinions of this lovely little plant if you'd like. It's about three inches tall. five nodes, and four branches . three of which have two nodes. The last photo was taken on the 9th. The seedling on the 25th of dec. and the others were yesterday afternoon.

looks lovely bro, however, if it were me, i would wrap those yoghurt containers in foil or paint the outside an opaque color: so that the roots do not get exposed to light accidentally... also it might be worthwhile to dome them up, they're looking a little droopy... good starts bro!!! right on!!!

<edit> i've used them all, both in dirt and hydro, i've found that i like the flavor and effect of the organics better than non-organics and dirt (real dirt, not medium) far far better than hydro... everyone has their own preference, but it just plain works better for me when it is sun grown organics... plus that stuff is real cheap to produce compared to indoor hydro... even indoor organic is better to me than non... just my two cents... <end edit>

I run GH Flora with all extras. I'm in soil been in it for 12+ years now ( promix bx )though I've often thought about hydro. I'd have a hard time running my perpetual grow with only one grow room. Plus I like getting in there and hand watering my girls. A little one on one time!!!!!! The only strain I've grown the whole time is a clone I received when I got started.(I've tried probably 10-15 others in between but nothing really clicked for various reasons) Then I acquired another from the same person 7yrs later. So I only really know about the shit I got. But I've been turned onto the attitude and know I've got over 20 strains waiting their turn in the queue.
Just a side note I haven't popped a seed in forever. But everything that I've gotten from the 'tude popped within 2 days.
Thats 10 BF T.Dream and all 3 freebies. And now the pineapple express, purple haze, and auto ak all freebies.

I would use Roots 707..... general organics....and the attitude seed company.

Although I use dr. earth mixed with coast of maine and extra perlite. as far as nutes, I us GO, but also have other organic additives.

You've been there with me since I first started growing Bob, and know the failures I had. I learned (for me) that Fox Farm nutes are best. I have only ordered from The Additude & all 3 orders were at my door in less than 10 days, and I love the t-shirts (my last one was actually a MJ shirt) I have also given up on mixing my own soil because it's too hard on my body, so am using Fox Farm Ocean Forest. Am off to update my journal & see what's been happening here the past few days while I have been away.

Since this is General Chat, I thought that would be the first place to hit. It seems that for the most part, I am slowly coming back into here after somewhat of a long absence. It feels good to be back home I know that I have some pretty good friends who pm'd me during this away time, and I can say honestly that they were very well received. It is ironic that once things are written, people can take it and twist it so around that it would make anyone's hair spin, if you have any to begin with.

I am coming back on here, and it is almost that time to harvest my first crop I am excited for that, as today makes Day 56, which by all my research tells me, is the first day that they recommend. Day 63 would be that last for Northern Light Blueberry, and that would be on the 19th. I do see the trichs, and they are still clear, so each day I will be checking that out. Since I do not really want that "heady high" but rather pain free high, I am shooting for a 30 to 40 percent range. I have done my homework, and I know that I will be fine for a newbie. I could not have gone this far without all of you, and for that I am truly blessed.

Again, thanks for everything, and hopefully i will be able to post even more as the days go on.

I have yet to see anything come from seed and be ready on the day that the breeder says. Maybe it's my (lack of) skills but it's generally 10 days or so later before they get to 90% milky, and longer still if you want amber.. Clones are generally done a few days earlier than mom was.

On other hand, i remember how hard it was to wait for the first harvest to finish.

^^^ all of this.. only variation; when they are form seed if you veg good and long and get the to pre-flower you'll get a shorter flower time, but this is from stress more than anything..

Oh I agree with you both All what I met by what I stated is I am on the home stretch now. I have somewhat a good patience persona, and just want to do things the right way. The four NLB's that I have going in flower are all from Clones, and had a 5 week veg cycle before I flipped them over to 12/12 in the flowering cabinet. I hope to get my camera tuned in (going to the repair shop today) so I can get some closeup shots that will noy be all blurry like those I tried to get yesterday.

I just heard on the radio about ElectricityMe. After reviewing their site on the net, I signed up. Took less than one minute, and now can get my electricity bill lowered quite a bit, considering the small operation that I have compared to some what you guys have. Just seems to make sense that if I can save a few dollars per month, why not. You may want to take a look at it if you have not already. Has anyone else signed up so far and realized a saving from prior bills from either Bangor Hydro or CMP?

I signed up a few weeks ago. Not sure if it's kicked in yet. Had a big increase last month actually but I have been using more juice lately. I'll keep an eye out.

Thanks Tet. I know that my bill jumped up about $25.00 but I had the 400 watter on 12/12, and the 150 on 18/6 .... plus all of the fans, pumps, etc. I just figure a buck is better in my pocket than CMP's

I would expect that it should be easy enough to see regardless how much you use just by looking at the price per KwH. That's where the savings are supposed to be, right?

I switched last fall, I save 70 bucks or so.....but I use a bunch of power each month.......
