Screw that. All this focus on THC has created a bunch of boring high THC weed. I'm sure some will think it's great but for many of us higher THC levels are not what we're after.

Fuck GMO cannabis!!! Traditional plant breeding has already created varieties that are cbd rich and high in thc. What we really need to do is raise the total amount of thc allowed in a a cbd hemp crop. Why would anyone line the pockets of biotech firms, while we are all getting fucked by legalization?

Yeah id stay away the risk of genetic pollution alone should make folks wanna stay away from it i know technically selective breeding is still genetic modification in a loose way but its proven and safer why risk fucking up the genepools imo if its not broke dont fix it

Because they're trying to get in with big AG to make genetically sterile weed. That way they can finally patent a strain and sue anyone that tries anything with it.

Yeah. If anything, why don't they modify hemp, to lower the already minute trace levels to nothing. That way it's federally legal to grow, and leave cannabis alone!

We should be driving composite hemp fiber Jetson mobiles around by now, powered by hemp batteries, to our fire proof hemp-crete homes..

your probably right sadly and although sterile plants occur in nature there rare so can you imagine if that frequency increased dramatically in the overall cannabis genepool its a very scary thought however though i suppose it does help to justify my ever growing seedstash tho lol
