How long do germed seeds last after they have split?

I have some bag seed i germed last week but i havnt been able to plant them outside yet, i already have a few seedlings on the go but i cant plant these ones with them ( the mother will kill me for having a garden in my room again)

So, anyone got any usefull info?

After the seeds split you should get them in the soil. I would think (cuz I don't germinate this way) they would only last a few days. Get them in the ground asap.
I soak mine 24 hours and then into the soil. I want the root when it comes out to be in soil... anything else will stress the plant in my opinion. Oh and by the way DO NOT GROW IN PARENTS HOUSE!!!!!
