so I started germinating my ww seeds before I found out that I have to be out of town for two days, and I cant bring my seeds with me. its a really shit situation for me and I was wondering if my seeds will be alright if I put them in one of my weed baggies. wrapped in damp paper towels of course.

:peace:

If you have already got them wet, then just go ahead and plant them. They wont need any attention for two days anyway. Just wet the soil and go ahead and plant them.

is there a close friend you could trust to water them when they need it? or anyway you could rig up an automated watering system on a timer?

*edit* my mistake, i read two weeks instead of two days heh heh

ya germ status update. Ive had the seeds in some soil for the past 3 days. five out of 8 have germed. so it works, but a wet paper towel is def better.

Towel is not better it just allows you to chose the seeds that have germinated over those that have not earlier on. I prefer to just put my seeds directly in my medium so I handle them less. I have broke the little tap root to many times handling seeds geminated in a paper towel. I also find that putting them directly in the medium helps them shed the seed shell easier. Often a seed planted to shallow will get stunted when the shell gets stuck to the seed leaves. Just two cents :peace:
