Germinating under CFL while drying buds above

Hello all - I'm in a position where I have flowers drying in a .75 X. 75 X 1.6m tent (they're tied upside down to top bars of tent) I'd like to germinate two seeds in the same tent, using a single CFL light (always had good results germinating this way). Question is, will the light beaming on the seeds at the bottom damage the flowers drying above? Thanks for any insights.

Why dont you just germinate them on a window sill

No.

I'm actually doing that right now, but find germinating under CFL to be faster and gentler (we're getting a lot of heat on the windowsill these last few days).

OK FF, I'll take your "no" to mean I can safely go ahead with germinating at bottom of tent with a single CFL while drying flowers above. Thanks!

Thanks OILL but personal circumstances mean 10 days would prove problematic. Thanks to both of you for your responses, much appreciated, and stay safe!

They actually don't need any light until they sprout and start developing true leaves.

Not a single CFL low in tent.
Come on now.

It's definitely not ideal.
