Germination and stuff

Ok, so i have just put my seeds (3 white widow and 2 hindu kush, from toronto420seedbank.com) under lights and have started them germinating. This is not my first time growing however it is with purchased seeds and my last attempts did not go the best to say the least.

I was hoping someone could take a look at what I have going on and answer a few questions for best results...

So I have converted a wardrobe into a 2 chamber grow area. The top I am using for germinating now and then for pretty much everything except flowering and then the bottom for flowering (stoage right now). I have fans pulling air into the bottom, from the bottom area to the top and from the top out...

Should I have any of these fans running right now? Currently I do not. I have a few timers that I could use to turn the fans on and off if that would be best... I have my container with the seeds covered with plastic wrap with holes cut in it for humidity. Is this a good idea?

I have 2 - 20W flourescent plant and aquarium bulbs in my top chamber. My grow area is approx. 30" by 18" should this be sufficient? I was planning on keeping the lights on all the time for the germination. And down below I have 6 - 13W CFL's (I did have a 400W HPS but it gave me a lot of heat problems and pretty much burnt my bag seed)... should I consider upgrading to 27 watters when the time comes?

I am planning on starting a grow journal once these baby's pop out of the soil so please help me get them there... Also while I'm on the topic of soil I have a mixture of 1 part peat moss to 1 part vermiculite and 1 part perlite. Is this good or should I consider adding, modifying, scrapping it and getting something new all together?

Thanks in advance.

well i alway use toilet paper to germ my seeds and then i put them in my dresser droor
and keep it wet for me it dont matter wether it is hot or cold or even dark or light
they always crack for me in TP
and when they do crack dont put them deep in the soil which by the way urs is ok to use
put them in like a 1/4 of an inch down in the soil i do this and they sprout out the ground quick like in 2 days sometimes less.and when u do put the seeds in the hole make sure its sides ways not where the rot is sticking up or down but sideways cuase some times the root likes to turn and move buy have sides ways it wont mater the top part will just turn straight up and out quick.
and when dont feed the sprout till its like 3,3 1/3 weeks old cuase when newborn and that young it has what it needs to survive till then and when u do start feeding give it 1/4 the dose recomended then gradully give it more like 1/2 then 3/4 thenhole dose this way u introduce it to the plant and get it use to it not just shuving it up it throat.
and by doing it this way less likely to get nute burn or lock out or what ever.
hope this helps
ow ya make sure u get the right light specs for vegg u want it more to the blue side so get 6500k daylight or sunlight cfl's like 20something is good equevalen to 100w each
and for the flowering more to the red side so get 2700k soft or warm white ones same watts. have like 3 or 4 each on the plant real close do the tester with ur fingers have em close the the top of the plant and if u feel heat from the bulbs move them just a little until u really dont feel much heat at all then thats good normally like a inch inch and a half is good
