ive been lurkin here for awhile gettin my basics down and i am setting up my grow room (closet) right now its a large top shelf about 3ft w x 2/12ft tall i lined the entire thing with a emergency space blanket, if you dont know what that is its kinda like aluminum foil reflects light really well. I'm stumped on how to suspend the lights. any suggestions???

put hooks in the ceiling and get chains to hang them, or you can put one chain on one side and make like a close line across your closet. are you using an hps or florescent's?

for vegging 150W cfls are more than enough, you will be able to grow some bud as well, but you should invest into an HPS light if you want to get something serious

I read people here say there are 7$ 250W floodlights for sale in wallmarts, that would do the trick for you, 250W for 2 plants is just about enough

i think for seeds im gonna buy auto blueberry fro drchronic so the veg and flower run on the same light regimen to keep it simple for my first grow. i'll look into an hps but for now will i be ok with 3 plants and two 150w cfl's above each?

if you buy 2-150w cfl per plant you will spend more then you would on a mh/hps 400w set up. At least my 100w cfl was about $80.00. My 400w mh ran $120.00 w/ shiping and another $70.00 for the hps bulb. If you want to set up useing cfl's try target they seem to be cheaper on there cfl bulbs.
