I use rapid start for clones in my cloner but only if they have rooted out already & need to stay in there for awhile. Usually they go directly into soil but sometimes don't have room yet waiting for plants to be moved or harvested in my perpetual. never used roots xcell either but I have used root 66 which I assume is much the same kind of root stimulant...it works but is not necessary IMO. Rapid start is good stuff especially in an aerocloner; you can veg indefinitely with it but I wouldn't use it as sole source of npk/macros. Not intended to be used like nutrients.

I've been using each individually, n I think the rapid start works a lil better than roots excell. leaves pray instantly n root mass is full n healthy during transplants.
Roots excell works awesome too, no secret.

Since rapid start smells like vitamins n aminos, hormones
And roots xl smells like a dead pigs ass I though id try them together every feed til week 3 of bloom. 1ml per gallon.

Starting tonight, hope it works!
