Dry weight : 25.4 Grams (WOOHOO!) Went into the mason jar(s) on the 26th. I have a bunch of stuff dry already so this bud will be curing atleast 4 weeks, hopefully longer depending on how much I burn through the summer...

I believe the "leafiness" is likely a strain issue more than a light issue. Im sure HPS may have produced a heavier bud, but as many experts have shown potency is best with MH, and thats MY opinion. I should note, if I had the choice of 1000W of HPS or MH, I WOULD TAKE THE HPS, the light I'm using was free from an old job site.

Its all personal use. Im just so thrilled not to be buying anything off the street anymore! I save more money not buying than I could EVER make selling, lol.

I am considering putting my 1000W MH in my flowering chamber to go along with my HPS actually myself. The thing is you want all part of spectrum that the plant could use and MOST hps lights lack some of the spectrum that could be used by the plant (I beleive the studys showed that MH produces more "crystals", however fluffier buds, It has been observed in gardens with MH and HPS the parts lit up by MH will have noticeably more crystals and resin.
