LOL..... if I was there I would be walkin around wit a nice little spoon pipe ripping it whenever I please. Im a very up front, bold, it is how it is, kinda person. I remember with my parents I walked in and said "I started smoking, Im gunna keep my door closed from now on"......... Dishonesty is disrespect, Honesty is the best policy ;)...... I gotta big back yard otherwise ;) you like the outdoors?

yeah allthough i totally agree with you and would love to do the same, dragon...
if you only knew my mom. she is compleatly unreasonable, and to be honest its easier to keep the peace in the house and stay quiet about it, move out soon anyway and then it won't matter.

back yard is my place ;)

I understand what you mean. Nothing wrong with keeping your mouth shut to be smart and play it safe. But out of respect for parentals (because its THEIR necks your risking too!) its better they be informed, or you take absolutely no credit and watch your crop get pulled when its found (if its found)..... You'd be surprised what logic, reason, and a calm and collected proposal can make. Especially if your already prepared for the come backs (i.e. "its illegal", "it will kill all your braincells", "I will go to jail", and yes there are appropriate responses.
Its kind of like coming out of the closet about being gay. Either they deal, or they don't. If a parent is going to deny you because of who you are, they aren't a very good parent. If a parent will stick with you and do what they can despite their disapproval, they are a good parent.
I have two kids.... I will always listen, I will always love, but I may not always agree, and thats OK ;)

yeah well it sounds like your a fair and reasonable parent, a bit like my dad. allthough im fairly sure he knows i smoke it, he has no wind of the grow. it will be all done off my property in a week or two, so they cant get in trouble after that right? and if worst did come about and it was caught, i would no doubt assume full responsibility.

however my mom is not so reasonable. allthough i agree it would be fair to tell her, she has not always been fair to be (ex. lying to my dad, grandparents and so on about things ive done so that they will be on here side for a compleatly different arguement.). i strongly believe in being fair, equal and true to friends and family, but my mom and i have a long history of argueing, and she has a long history of lying about me. she is extreamly unfair in punishment (ex. her and my dad are having rough times, i will end up grounded for a month) so to be honest, i don't feel that guilty about doing things behind her back.
if only life was simple eh? :peace:

This is my first and last advice to you:

Get a job and bank account (your dad will probably help you), and don't give any BS excuses, only response should be: already have em, or Im getting them right away. Save money, create a monthly budget, have a positive attitude incorporating your sense of fairness and balance, and get out on your own and pave/pay your own way, be responsible for yourself and make your own decisions. Keep yourself educated and up to date on current events. Make wise investments in your friends and those you socialize with. don't waste your time caring about friendships that won't last, or are involving people with low ethical standards/characteristics, or a social reputation that won't help you. Live humble and be happy for what you have. :peace:

good thing i have a job and bank account, I'm near the top of my class grade-wise, excel in school athletics, and have never been in trouble with the law. and i smoke pot, granted not a whole lot and that's fine with me and i think my parents should know that .. and loaded, i've had these two friends since 6th grade and one i can trust completely and the other not too much which i found out this year... but other than that i dont go out of my way to help many other people in this area, because it really is a waste of time.

to this ^ and the other piece of advice u gave. i take my hat off to you dragon. you pretty much hit the nail right on the head and what your saying not only has exsperience behind it but also heart, anybody would do good to follow these words :)

ok i found one female LR2 today and about 3 males.. i'll start those on flowering nutes sometime this week ... i took them out of their greenhouse and sprayed them with repels all and the ammediate area with it to keep away mammals and added my copper rings to keep them damn slugs which got to a couple leaves before i could get them up ... the big plants are looking nice one AI is starting to branch .. i'll get pics up this week

hey if anyone still followed this i would like you to know i grew the best pot ive ever smoked only came out with 2 white widows gave 1 to a friend and came out with 2 ounces off each.. but then for some reason some how my parents found it and i lost about 3 ounces of my amazing bud.. im sorry no pics of it .. but thanks all for your support .. i miss this site
