Giving Rex (Green Iguana) Marijuana Leaves For Breakfast

Apparently giving a green iguana cannabis leaves gives them the munchies and as i just chopped down a few plants i thought i might aswell try and give the big fella a few leaves for breakfast and see what happens lol i hope he doesnt die, either from the leaves or from eating too much after that haha..

Rex is around 15 - 18 months old.. and around 3 foot long he should grow about another 2 to 3 foot in the next 2 years and grow until hes 15 to 20 years old. he only eats fruit and veg but if super hungry he'll eat meat too..

I guess in their natural habitat There are strains of weed grown so i can see them eating cannabis, but the thing is when it comes to plants alot of animals go for the flowers. in your case that wouldnt be ideal for obvious reasons. Do you ever get him high tho? I have an African Fat-tailed Gecko and his names Kush and he gets ripped all the time?

he's sometimes handled in rooms that are hot boxed lol but i dont know if hes actually ever been high.. he likes grennary rather than actual peices of fruit or flowers.. he just ate like 30 leaves and wanted more haha he must have had dry mouth because he doesnt usually like tomatoes and hes just eaten about 7

HE WAS NEAR 4 FOOT LONG...I WAS TOLD I COULD HAVE SOME LIZARDS ..WHEN I WENT TO GET THEM THEY WERE dinosaurs...I HAD 3 ..THE 2 SMALLER FEMALES WERE MEAN AS SHIT..WOULD POP THE SHIT OUT OF ME WITH THERE TAILS....

HAHA sick. well good to hear hes enjoyed them. Im either gettin a Iggy or Bearded dragon within the next year. since iggies can eat cannabis maybe ill get one of them

haha yeah.. i dont like bearded dragons, too many people have them and theyre just fat fuckers haha.. if i didnt have Rex ide of got a Rhino Iguana or maybe an Argentinian Tegu take a look

high! i know this is an old thread but i too have an iguana and today as a did some defoliation i gave him some. how is your iguana is he still alive and eating cannabs?
