Fungus gnats are easy, use gnatrol or mosquito dunks.

Aphids are a much, much bigger problem, especially if they're flying.

I think gnats after reading the article my things fly around aimlessly and I smashed one already with my hand they are mosquito looking and don't fly fast or towards the light more just aimlessly and kinda slow. The fan is too strong for them to fly into.

If they're fungus gnats go with the Gnatrol or Mosquito dunks and that will shut them down. Repeat drench cycle multiple times.

Mosquito dunks are cheap. Crush them into water, let soak a bit and drench medium. Use again in 5 days and again 5 days after that.

If you let them, they'll become a big problem.

They're gonna be in your waterfarm too most likely. Treat it also. Just drop a chunk o dunk in it's lower bucket with nute change.
