No more ugly bush pics
how are your girls doing
Doing well, thanks for asking! They keep getting bigger everyday.

I had a little incident yesterday where I noticed the leaves of the plants in the 5 gal buckets basically tacoing over themselves. Turns out the pH was way out of range for some odd reason. It was reading 4.2 and I am not sure how it got that low since the ph is the last thing I always check. Both of the buckets were that way but the LA woman didn't seem to care at all. The large confirmed female bagseed is still recovering but minimal damage was done.

The two in the 150w cabinet are still taking their sweet time to show sex. I hope its soon because I am going out of town next week and want to get everything good to go before I leave.

I'll have some new pictures up today or tomorrow.

Hey, I just wanted to apologize for sparking the Hairy-Bush-Fest in your thread. Other than that, your plants are looking good (aside from the pH problems you had). Hope things continue to go well!

Another fellow Colorado medicinal user here. I live up in Summit. Also recently graduated from college with no real job (unless you count working in a ski shop!)

Your grow looks solid so far, just subscribed. I'm waiting on my light to get here to start my first grow. I'd planned to grow in soil due to how simple it is but your DIY DWC is sparking my curiosity. Seems simple and cheap to setup and the results are obviously amazing! Keep up the good work dude

Thanks for stopping by fellow CO medical user. Good to have you drop in.

I would definitely look into hydro but a soil grow is always a good idea to get the feel of it the first time. Hydro is a whole 'nother beast but once you get it down, the results are far superior and it doesn't require much more work or expense. If you have any questions during your research, drop me a line.

i step out for a min a look what happens lol
Seriously. My plants seem to have reacted negatively to all that nasty muff. Shit has gone downhill since that was posted.

I took pictures of them just now but decided not to post them because my babies look like shit, honestly. The one is still having major pH problems. I checked the res again today and the pH dropped a whole fucking point in both buckets down into the 4 range, so I decided to refresh the water and nutes. pH was 6.3 in both buckets when I finished with everything. I can't explain why it drops like it was but the plants don't fucking like it at all. At least the LA woman is a little more resiliant and is only showing some chlorosis on new growth but the bagseed looks horrible. If she doesn't turn around and soon, I'm going to choke the bitch. She was always freaky stretchy, so it won't be a huge loss. The two in the 150w cab are taking their sweet time showing sex but they look just fine. I'm really crossing my fingers on these ones since they are the healthiest and bushiest.

The sprouts are all doing well for being less than 3 weeks old. Should be ready to throw into flower by the beginning of next week, I reckon.
