Did you go transfer into Bloom nutrients and then back into Veg? This may be the reason you just shocked it with a new lineup of nutes and the droop is it stemming from the plants tips or the whole stem? Pictures?

Or if you changed over to 12/12 with little or no changes in nutrients then you should be fine. As long as their are not major bud formations, remember if you are cloning this plant then you want to clone the age of the plant you want.To have success I would bring back to 24/0 not 20/4 and introduce grow nutrients back just as you were doing before.

What light are you currently using, and what are you planning to flower with? They are stretched from lack of light intensity.

How often are you watering? The soil looks soaked and the leaves are drooping and discolored like the roots are starved for oxygen.

As I am a beginner myself, I'm not saying I know for sure, but I do read a lot, my choice has been to keep lights on continuous until the plant is a size I want to start budding, once a week I turn them off for a couple of hours, so far my plants seem to grow pretty fast (Hydroponics), then when they get the height I want, I start the on/off schedual, for flowering.... everyone has their way of doing things its what works best for you in your enviroment so I understand...but as I said I am new at growing, still have a lot to learn...I posted a couple of light information for you
http://www.marijuanaseedbanks.com/marijuana_lights.html
http://www.concept420.com/marijuana_lighting_tips.htm

The Chart has hours of light per day on the bottom, and length of roots in millimeters.
-@ 4hours of light the roots after ten days were only 22mm long
-@ 8 hours of light after 10 days the roots were 25 mm long
-@12 hours of light we shoot up to 40mm long
-@16 hours it peaks at 50mm
-@20 hours it drops down to 37mm
-@ 24 hours it drops down to 29mm

I water once a week (just watered last night) veging with 125w 6500k flowering with 125w 2700k...what shld I do for oxygen?
Oxygen?
Plants make O2 mate, they use CO2. Only place you need O2 is the roots.
Just put her on 18/6 20/4 24/0 whatever is best for you and water/feed as you would a vegging plant

Maybe your plant has reached its maturity or you have an auto, but you are using the wrong light spectrum.
