Goku's Grow Journal

Hi all. I have been in alot of pain from work so I've decided that its time to start growing my own pain meds. I've done alot of research and I've decided to go with CFLs due to them being cheaper then having to buy a HPS or MH light and the ballast and have to replace the ballast every so often. I don't have alot of money to put into this grow hardware wise due to most of the money I saved up whent into the stuff that's needed to even start to grow plants in and I have recently primed and painted the walls and I ended up having to buy most of the stuff needed since I have never painted a room so I had no tools to do the job with so I ended up spending over $400 just on paint and tools to do the job. The room I have decided to grow in is my bed room due to a few reasons

1 - Out of site out of mine
2 - No smell in a room that people would be close to.
3 - Window so I can slam as much fresh air in as needed
4 - There's no closet so I can build a box kind of closet so I don't have to drill holes or any thing into the wall and not shell out over $200 for a stand up closet box when I can build 1 for way less
5 - I need to install new carpet and underlay in so building my own closet and not have a fixed one in is way more convenient since it will be able to be taken apart in sections and you guys and gals will know once its getting built.

I will be updating with pics when there is some thing new or what not.
