good led for about $200 OceanRevive® Reflector Design 400W LED Grow Light 3w/5w

Has anybody tried this one out? American company and price is right.

I have not but i do own a solarstorm 880 and its incredible.i would suggest looking up par and lumen reviews for the unit on youtube.
