Good morning my question is how can she be in flower under 24 hour light?

Good morning this plant is approximately three months old it's pineapple chunk it is not a auto flower it is a feminized seed I want to use for a mother plant she has been in 24 hour lite her whole life I'm going to try to post pictures could someone tell me why it looks like she's jumping into flower?
