Bobby boy.....

You say this

Yup..the defendant can appeal...then appeal the appeal court ruling..right till it gets to the Supreme Court...were the new ruling will be made to send his ass to jail.

Again you relish in the idea of legal patients and caregivers going to jail. You are scum and should be banned from these forums.
That's not 'relishing"...it's warning...trying to people out of jail.......why you gotta spin everything?

You and Timmahh are telling people: go ahead, you will be fine. I'm simply warning them that you have no idea what your talking about.

No relishing...cautioning.

wow you are very delusional bobbyj. Son, you know cannabis in more quantities will help your delusional state. You are aware of that yes?

Oh. i don't think we should treat it like a gift..it was hard earned. I think we should act humble and gracious in our win.

The intent WAS to help sick people. The problem is that many act as if the intent of the people was to allow totally legal cannabis..which it was not.
I will let it go for now. You are being attacked and I do not want to be part of that. lol. For what it's worth, I believe your approach is usually the best way of handling things.

Actually, cannabis in large quantities makes most mental issues worse. Schizophrenic being one..depression being two..adhd being three....you got nothing.

A good sativa will help depression..an indica may worsen it. Too much good sativa and the cbd/cbn effects kick in and sedate the patient, causing the depression to worsen..Since depression is one of the main effects of Parkinson's..I've put a little study and research into this....have you, or are you just spewing off again?

I don't mind be attack...kinda fun actually. Last time the ozz timmahh pack showed up, they got ran out of town by the majority of board users.

Just gotta let them talk long enough...

lol. Timmahh is not talking about people he doesn't really know and the market he hadn't been too this time. It sounds like he is sticking with what he knows now. Right or wrong it is much wiser. lol. I think you guys are at a stale mate till more laws change or one of us go to jail. As always, time will tell who was closer to being right.

I don't think either one of us is right, or wrong. I'd just like people to consider both sides of the debate before they decide how to act. Timmah and Ozz would refuse to allow another side of the debate to exist.

The end result will be somewhere in the middle...it always is..

I am trying as hard as I can to let it go guys.... Truly I am.....

You see bob says I tell people to go ahead and do things they will be fine. When all along I have been trying to convince him that people are being wrongfully arrested and prosecuted yet somehow that turns into his dilusion that I am telling people to grow 300 plants. Now bob has said that the arrests and prosecutions are warranted and even relishes when it happens. Bob read the recent supreme court ruling and read the part where the SC says this has happened and is wrong. See bob even hates the fact that the SC will now allow some people to use the defense they deserve. Why is everyone so afraid to let people use the defense? I mean really the profiteers and dealers will not be able to prove medical use and should be easily exposed right? I know there are people that hide behind this law but do not want patients and caregivers to suffer the concequences so that those others can be found.

exactly Ozz. bob doesnt like being in the back seat, and no one here is really swallowing his bs order, or interpretations.

This is about the Law, not what it is SUPPOSED TO BE, but what it IS.

What I don't understand is why people keep saying dealers and pot smokers are hiding behind the medical law.
Is there another way of getting meds? Who isn't medicinal? How do you medicate non-medically?

I believe this may be the one thing you guys agree on and frankly I do not understand it.
This afternoon I was in Escanaba and I go to Nuggy's and bookworld for the majority of my magazines (amazon for most books). Anyway the summer issue of High Times medical issue for summer 2012 was available.
Page 14. Wellness Vs. Recreational.
It states some common benefits of "recreation use". Enhancing our abilities to associate widely divergent thoughts and facts, cannabis can be a powerful aid to creativity. -Enhancing our patience. -Calming anxiety. - Calming emotion.

I 100% believe that. So who smokes that doesn't benefit medicinally. I never once smoked a joint and said "I want to get fucked up, but I do not want to enjoy buzz and relax. I want to freak the fuck out."

Not arguing, just trying to understand who shouldn't be able to medicate and why?

that is two of us Glad. I figure it is mostly due to one of two reasons. they are TOTALLY against cannabis in any form, OR they are Totally and Fully confused and brainwashed to accept the blatant facts.

I guess their is a 3rd and that is those that live in blissful ignorance never realizing they are just a pig in a pen, but they must enjoy it cause all they do is root around for garbage.

I'm thrilled that more people will be allowed the defense. I'm just cautioning them that it isn't a get out of jail card.
Said from the start that patients and cg's operating in true medical fashion will benefit from this ruling.
At the end of you little speech, you actually state my exact point..now claiming it as your own.

I mean really the profiteers and dealers will not be able to prove medical use and should be easily exposed right? I know there are people that hide behind this law but do not want patients and caregivers to suffer the concequences so that those others can be found.
I'm simply telling the true cg's and patients to grow modestly, humbly and don't push the limits. So that they DON"T get arrested. I applaud letting everyone use the defenses. I'm just saying the defense won't help if you are relying on "the letter of the law" as opposed to the "intent of the law".

Nice try spin master..

Really weird that I can't get the first part of my answer out of your quote.

Again, not arguing. I thought all three of you were on same page about dealers hiding behind the law. Or those using the medical law in order to medicate. And I am kinda like, how?

I guess I would say the guy with cancer or parkinsons that supplies meds is every bit as much of a drug dealer than a college kid that supplies meds and medicates to relax after class or after exams or even to help a hang over from drinking and banging girls the night before. Or as much of a medical grade cannabis supply agent whateverthefuck term is politically accepted by the snobby fucks.

People scream keep recreational and medical separate. How? I thought possibly bho users would be more recreational and they all say that it is even more medicinal. How do you smoke recreationally? Do you have to medicate after drinking and then it is recreational? Not trying to sound like an idiot intentionally, I would like to understand others views.

Well, the act as written kind of limited the available medical uses. I'm all for expanding them, as I believe that cannabis can help a lot of people. I've said over and over that I'm even for recreational use...but that's not what the act as written gives us.

The act is a stepping stone towards more lenient thinking. Take too much too fast and and it shows that you have no respect for any one's wishes but your own.

Act responsibly with what you have, and you will get more responsibility. Act irresponsible with what you have, and you won't get any more responsibility.

Social and civil behavior is like raising a child. The child gets more and more freedom, until the child shows that they can't handle it..then the child is reeled in until he matures some more.

Timmah and Ozz both have the "don't know how to act with responsibility" problem...

to me, a dealer is someone that slings heroin, coke, crack, pcp, angel dust.

If all someone is doing is moving cannabis, More power to them in my opinion.

the only Criminals slinging cannabis, will sell you their mother for 4 hrs for 10.00.

sorry bob, you are wrong yet again. big surprise I know.

Simple fact is, I refuse to follow BAD Laws, and you revel in them

Intent.

And I agree the intent when using is always medicinal.

But if you ever intend to give or sell anything that is not for a sick person - then you Sir are worse than Hitler.
At that point you are a 'connect'.

The problem becomes: What is medical use?

Unfortunately, the law as written limits those uses. Now, many people can get a card from a hotel DR for things that are borderline, and that's fine.

The problem arises when those people gloat and start growing more than they can possibly use.

Again, most of LEO's problem isn't with the 'patient" it's with the blatant over grows posing as legal.

A guy that wants a card to grow for recreational use, can get one easy enough. If he'd just go out and get himself a t5, he could grow plenty for recreational, personal use.

There are very few people that CAN'T grow...most don't wish to.

The problem arises, when that guy starts growing for profit...that takes him beyond the intent of the law.

Sweet, you separated them again. Who is recreational and what is recreational?
