Good outdoor strain with high yield?

Planning on growing a few plants outside next season. I'm looking for a strain that is mold resistant and bug resistant(somewhat), but still has high yield and potent buds. I live on the coast of central california so we get a lot of morning fog, i have had mold problems before and would like to avoid dealing with it again. Anyone know from experience?

Some sort of heavy indica, they really dig the fog in the nights/mornings around here (cough cough GDP!!). (I live outside of Oakland the fog rolls in every night from the ocean). Currently i have purple trainwreck going, some white widow and a sour flower and these all seem to be growing great with massive amounts of flowers.

I maintain a list of hardy strains, you said theres fog so i'll post the one pertaining to your situation. i find that the hardest thing outdoors is to actually have the plant survive all the way to harvest, so now i only buy the seeds meant that will survive on there own(given that they have water). i've had experience with the top 3, and they will not let you down my friend :)

-Kaya gold = average yield, will survive easily in any climate
-PPP = high yield, probably the most potent here too
-Northern lights = good yeild, and a classic stone
-Master Kush = average yeild

Super silver haze( mold resistant)
Super haze( the last 6 weeks of flowering it rained everyday and still no mold or bugs)
Frisian dew
Strawberry cough

These are some hardy strains with good resistance to nature.

I grew kaya gold this year and was very surprised with them. Got a few lb plants, many half and three quarter lb plants. One that may carry over 2 lbs. Most are ready right now. The bigger one will need till october though.

Hollands Hope. Not sure about Cali though. But if it can handle Hollands wet weather pretty sure it can handle some fog. Again never grew it though.

Based on this years grow, I can tell you what NOT to plant if you are worried about leaf spot (less of a problem on west coast apparently): blueberry. It had very very low resistance and became infected quickly.

Skunk Red Hair has high yields (can we say BRANCHING) but it attracts every bug within a few miles. Mold resistance is spectacular thus far on that baby.

I would go with any Indica with good resistance, and possibly think about topping it so you don't get the thick ass main cola which can get mold later on in flowering.

The "outdoor mix" from Sensi is supposed to be designed for the cold and wet Holland grow season, so maybe you should try that out.
