Good quality brand of lights?

I was wondering if someone could give me some trusted brands of MH/HPS lights and ballast especially of good quality, regardless of price. I have an ipower 600W MH/HPS ballast, it was fine for the beginning when I didn't have much money but the ballast is now dead. That was actually the second one, the first one blew out on me too but the company replaced it since I was under warranty. I want to get a cool tube this time so I won't have to battle heat as much. The ipower bulbs I used through two grows already, so I should probably get some new bulbs as well. I am growing in a 4x4x6 tent I will also be buying a 6inch hyper fan to replace my squirrel cage blower that did not seem to be very efficient last time around. I also didn't know what I was doing and probably helped make it more inefficient. I was looking at Apollo but what throws me off is the set looks identical to the ipower set just a different color. Any suggestions would be helpful, and definitely would appreciate if you could tell me how long your bulbs and ballast has lasted.
