Good Setup? Wondering about budding...

I was wondering if A 600w HPS bulb and a 400w MH in a grow tent of 6 hydroponically grown plants at 3-3 1/2ft and the seeds are feminized and use Advanced Nutrient (brand) nutrients, ventilation and carbon filter, timers and ph levels at 6ish? Also i want to know how do you get the large buds at the tops of the plants? ive seen many pictures of those.

using both them bulbs on 6 plants should get you amazing results with a little research on how to grow and too get big colas like the ones your talking of is dependant on strain and growing technique used along side the right nutrient schedules. to grow in hydro you could really do with a ec/ppm meter to measure your total disolved solids in your res this telling exactly what your ppm is at any given time you will need one of these to get best results.
